We are a family-run crane hire and transport company, working across Kent, Sussex, Essex, Greater London and beyond. Our new head office and depot is based in Headcorn, near Maidstone.

We are investing in expanding and updating our fleet with a new Grove GMK 3060 and Liebherr LTM 1040 joining our existing cranes this year. And a new Mercedes Arocs with lorry mounted Fassi 365A crane arrives in April, to join our transport fleet.

We are currently seeking:

Trainee crane operator:

• HGV Class 2 desirable, but not essential.
• Must hold clean valid full UK driving license with access to their own car to get to and from the depot, due to the rural location.
• All training provided, progressing to mobile crane operator.
• Uniform and PPE provided.
• Full-time position with overtime available.
• Guaranteed 50 hours per week, salary dependent on qualifications and driving experience.
• 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.

HGV Class 2 driver:

• Hiab experience desirable, but not essential.
• Opportunities for career progression within the company, all training provided.
• Full-time position with overtime available.
• Guaranteed 50 hours per week, salary dependent on qualifications and driving experience.
• 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.

Commercial vehicle mechanic:

• Qualified mechanic with experience of commercial vehicles and/or plant.
• Experience of MAN and Mercedes chassis and engines, ZF gearboxes, Kessler brakes and axles preferred.
• Support provided on crane maintenance/repairs where required.
• Other duties include management of spare parts and consumables, formulating vehicle service plans.
• Full-time, 50 hours per week plus overtime available.
• Workshop based, with breakdown attendance.
