Choose Thanet Crane Hire for your crane needs in Surrey.
You can choose between two rental options: just the crane or our contract lifting solution.
Opting for crane rental only means you’ll receive a modern, well-maintained crane along with a CPCS-certified operator. You’ll be in charge of planning and carrying out the lift on your own.
As a rental-only client, you are responsible for site safety, managing ground conditions, and securing your own insurance.
For more information on how our crane rental only differs from the contract lifting service, please consult our brief guide.
Choose Thanet Crane Hire for your contract lifting needs in Surrey, and let us handle everything from planning to execution.
Start by scheduling a contract lift with us, which includes a site visit by a CPCS-certified Appointed Person (AP). The AP will provide recommendations on the most appropriate crane and team for your project, ensuring a safe and efficient lift.
Our contract lift service includes CAD (computer-aided design) schematics, illustrating the crane’s operational layout at your site. You’ll also receive a thorough Risk Assessment and Method Statement.
We’re equipped to manage complex lifting scenarios and can suggest additional machinery or matting for your project. We’ll assess ground conditions and ensure the crane’s stabilisers are properly supported.
All of our lifting staff are:
- CPCS qualified
- Trained in Working At Height
- Trained in RF Awareness
- Pursuing NVQ qualifications
