We’re continuing to build on our success with our customer-focused approach and ongoing investment.
Since the company was launched in August 2008, our goal has been to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. We strive to offer the safest, most efficient, and cost-effective lifting options available – every time.
Continual investment in our fleet has seen a Liebherr LTM 1040 2.1 with Variobase and a Grove GMK 3060L join the ranks in the last 12 months. Plus a brand new addition to our transport fleet in the shape of a Mercedes Arocs with a Fassi 365A crane.
With the recent opening of a second depot in Herne Bay, we have improved our service to customers based around North Kent.
Our commitment to sustained improvements across the company was recently highlighted by our accreditation to ISO 9001, the internationally recognised quality management standard. Customers can rely on consistently high standards delivered by our robust management systems.
Jack Stickings, Operations Director, said; “The whole team at TCH works hard to deliver the highest standards of customer satisfaction. We’ve got 15 years of growth behind us and we’re always looking for new ways to improve the business and build on that success.”
